Gary Styczynski

Gary Styczynski, "Styz" 58, of Schenectady passed away on Sunday Decembe 31, 2017. He was born on March 6, 1959 in Niskayuna, NY to the late Stanley and Arlene Styczynski. He shared his childhood with his beloved sister Sharon Bonitatibus. Gary graduated from Mohonasen High School in 1977. He worked as a delivery coordinator for Imperial Pools Inc. for more than a decade until he relocated to Florida last April. Gary spent most of his young adult life in Cape Coral, Florida where he spent a great deal of time working, boating, fishing and swimming accompanied by his family, friends and dog Astro. He was a certified scuba diver and loved any adventure involving the ocean. Gary was loved by all who knew him. His family will remember him most for his wonderful sense of humor and extreme thoughtfulness and generosity. He is survived by his sister Sharon Bonitatibus (Louis), his nieces Amy Crowley (Ryan), Danielle Redmond (Ryan), nephew Greg Bonitatibus (Stephanie Hernandez), his Uncle James Styczynski, and his great nephews Andrew, Thomas and William Crowley. We wish to acknowledge Tiffany Tino who always held a special place in Gary's heart. A celebration of Gary's life will be Monday January 15, 2018 at 3PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Visitation will be held from 1-3PM prior to the service.
