William David Thomas

William David Thomas, 79, of Rotterdam passed away Wednesday May 2, 2012 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Born in London England, he was the son of the late William Eugene Thomas and Ada Estelle (Brown) Thomas. William attended Spencer Business Institute. He served in the US Marines. William was employed for the US Postal Service and for Wade Tours until he retired. He is predeceased by one daughter Beverly Jean Thomas and one sister Dorothy H. Crotty. William is survived by three daughters Dorothy H. Thomas of Oxford Michigan, Barbara J. Niedhammer of Rotterdam and Christine A. Thomas of Rotterdam, one son William S. Thomas of Orlando Fl;. one sister Helene Thomas of Pattersonville, also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be Thursday May 10, 2012 at 6PM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend.
