William D Anderson

William D. Anderson, 68, of Rotterdam passed away at home on Wednesday July 11, 2018. Born in Schenectady, he was the son of the late George and Violet (Dana) Anderson. He served his country in the Army. William was employed as a machinist in the Turbine Division of the General Electric Company in Schenectady. William is predeceased by one brother Donald Anderson. He is survived by his two sons Michael Anderson (Melissa) of Guilderland and Kristopher Anderson (Jeremy Ward) of Albany, two brothers Bruce Anderson of Glen, NY and Allen Anderson of Schenectady, two sisters Lynne Anderson Powell (Bill) of Amsterdam and Judy Fernandez of Rotterdam. William is also survived by three grandchildren Kayla Anderson, Daniel Anderson and Delilah Anderson. A gathering to celebrate Williams's life will be Wednesday July 18, 2018 from 5-7PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady.
