Wayne Alan Johnson

Wayne Alan Johnson, 72, of Dade City, Florida formerly of Schenectady passed away Thursday September 18, 2014 at home in Florida. Born in Schenectady, he was the son of the late Melville and Elizabeth (Middleton) Johnson. Wayne was employed as a machinist for the General Electric Company in Schenectady until his retirement. Wayne is survived by his wife Lurinda Johnson, three children -Wayne Eric Johnson, Krista Del Gallo and Jenean Ferraro (Dustin), three step children- Scott Russell (Vicki), Whitney Russell (Lisa) and Craig Russell (Kim), also survived by one sister Melva Dunlop (Millard) as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be Saturday 11AM at the chapel at Memory's Garden, 983 Watervliet Shaker Road in Colonie. Visitation will take place from 10-11am at the cemetery chapel.
