Wanda M Neff

Wanda M. Neff, 97, passed away Tuesday November 28th at Glendale Nursing Home in Glenville. Born in Schenectady, Wanda was the daughter of the late Harry and Elsie (Armstrong) Howenstein and a graduate of Nott Terrace High School. A homemaker, Wanda was a member of Bellevue Reformed Church, a former volunteer at Ellis Hospital and a former Telephone Operator in Schenectady for several years. Predeceased in 2011 by her husband Merton F. Neff, she was also predeceased by her brother Wayne Howenstein. Wanda is survived by her 2 sons, Peter Neff (late Virginia) of Pattersonville and David Neff (Linda) of Florida, 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at Schenectady Memorial Park in Rotterdam on Tuesday December 5th at 10:30 am , family and friends are invited to attend.
