Vincent Edward Smalls, age 62, passed away on June 10,2026. Vincent was Born on October 4,1963 in Manhattan, New York, to the late James and Marilyn Smalls. Vincent will be remembered for his integrity, quiet strength, and devotion to his family and friends. Vincent obtained his GED at a vocational school and worked many jobs throughout his life. Vincent enjoyed music, dancing, and being the life of the party. Vincent had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh.Vincent was preceded by his brother Joseph, sister Yvette, and sisters Yvonne and Felicia. Vincent is survived by his children, Vincent, La-quan, Jevin, and grandchildren, brother James, sisters Jeanette, Jacqueline, Phyllis, Lisa, and a host of nieces and nephews.
