Thomas M Wade

Thomas M. Wade, 70, of Schenectady passed away on August 6th, 2022, at Ellis hospital, after a short illness. Thomas grew up in South Colonie where he attended Maywood elementary. Thomas later went on to attend and graduate from Colonie central high school and BOCES for automotive repair. In the years after Thomas worked at Montgomery Wards as an automotive mechanic and finished his career as a custodian with South Colonie School District in 2015. In retirement Thomas took pride in managing and maintaining several rental properties. He also loved doing yard work and all types of mechanical repairs.

He was proceeded by his parents George W. Wade, Mary C. Wade (Natoli) and infant son Micheal J. Wade. Thomas was survived by his his three sons: William T. Wade, Matthew E. Wade and Nickolas H. Wade, his sister Carol A. Wade-Gordon (William) of Colonie and several cousins.

He will be dearly missed by all.

Funeral Services for Thomas will be Friday August 12th at 12 noon at the Bond Funeral 1614 Guilderland Ave. Schenectady Visitation will be held from 10-12 prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Memory Gardens in Colonie.
