Thomas J Berlin

Thomas J. Berlin 86 died Friday morning January 15, 2010 at Dutch Manor Nursing Home. Born in Scotia, he was the son of the late Louis and Ann (Jursoko) Berlin. A WWII Army veteran, Thomas was a former security guard at Condec Manufacturing in Niskayuna and had also worked for the General Electric Co. and ALCO. A member of Annie Schafer Senior Citizens, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors .Tom is survived by his sister, Elizabeth C. Vernon of Scotia and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 19, 2010 at 11 am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave., Schenectady, NY A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 to 11am prior to the funeral service. Interment in St. Cyril's Cemetery. Contributions may be made in Thomas memory to a charity of one's choice.
