Thomas Babin

Thomas A. Babin,73, went home to be with the lord on Saturday evening May 29th with his daughter by his side.

Born and educated in Scotia, NY, Tom was the son of the late George and Edith Babin and a graduate of Scotia Glenville High School.

A Vietnam Army veteran Tom was a self-employed skilled tradesman. He was a Harley enthusiast who enjoyed classic cars, animals and the outdoors.

Beside his parents, Tom was also predeceased by his brother Robert. He was the beloved father of Rebecca Babin (Royal Parent) of Westmoreland, NY and grandfather of Zakary Babin (Marlena) pf Pa., Brandon Vaughn and Collin Vaughn both of Westmoreland, NY.

A service with military honors will be held on Friday, June 18,2021 at 9:30 am at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY.

In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Tom’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
