Sherre Mcmaster

Sherre McMaster, 71, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 24, 2015. Born in Brantford, Canada, Sherre was the daughter of the late Mary (Borzai) and Henry Von Farra. A graduate of Mont Pleasant High School, Sherre worked at Roland J. Down as a dispatcher for 40 years until her retirement. Sherre was a loving and caring mother and grandmother and will be truly missed by her family and beloved pets. She was very talented, creative and always impeccably dressed. Sherre was predeceased in 1988 by her husband, Gary McMaster, Sr. whom she married in 1985. She was also predeceased by her brother, Dennis Von Farra. Sherre leaves behind her daughters, Sheila Goudreau (Tony) of Scotia and Marcia Moraski (Doug) of Pattersonville, as well as 4 grandchildren, Anthony, Michael and Kristina Goudreau and Douglas Moraski and one great grandchild due in August. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 29 at 2pm at Schenectady Memorial Park, Giffords Church Road in Rotterdam. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
