Shayne L Crandall

Shayne L. Crandall, 53, of Gloversville passed away at Albany Medical Center on Saturday March 26, 2022. He was born in Niskayuna, NY.

In life, he had many struggles, but Shayne lived his way doing things simply. Shayne was passionate about camping with family He loved campfires with his coffee and a cigarette. Shayne also greatly enjoyed going to family gatherings and outings to restaurants with his mom and sister where they had all you can eat buffets.

Shayne loved his cat “Cookie” by his side. He was also avid about music and fishing. He was a kind- and good-hearted soul who will be deeply missed by all.

He is predeceased by his father Lester Irving Crandall and his grandparents Ben and Josephine Billings and George and Lucy Crandall.

Shayne is survived by his loving mother Judith (Billings) Crandall, his three loving siblings Shireen Cabral, Rodney Crandall (Susan) and Crystal Duchane (Joseph) as well as six nieces, one nephew, one great niece, one great nephew and several dear cousins.

Funeral Services for Shayne will be on Thursday March 31, 2022 at 11AM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Visitation will precede the service from 9-11AM at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Memory Garden’s in Colonie.
