Seelogenie Lalbahadur

Seelogenie “Raj” Lalbahadur, 84, of Schenectady, NY, passed away on Saturday April 13, 2024 at Baptist Nursing and Rehab in Scotia, NY. Seelogenie was born in Triumph, Guyana, on August 11, 1939.

Seelogenie was a member of her local Hindu Society in Guyana, and in her spare time enjoyed sewing, cooking, and gardening.

Seelogenie is survived by her children: Raymond (Devina), Desmond (Sandra) Lalbahadur,  Mohanlall (Shanta) Lalbahadur, Sello (Bisham) Ojha and Harry Lalbahadur.

Her beloved  grandchildren David Lalbahadur, Robin, Anil, and Hannah Ojha. Sharda Lalbahadur, Emily Lalbahadur, and Aneil Amyan.

Her beloved great grandchildren Shahana Subhadra, Noah and Nilah.

As well as many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Victor Lalbahadur, and sisters Minta and Leila.

A period of visitation will be held for the late Seelogenie Lalbahadur on Friday  April 19, 2024, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm at Bond Funeral Home, 1614 Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY 12306, with a funeral service the next morning, Saturday Aprol 20, from 10:00 am until 12 noon, also at Bond Funeral home.
