Sally is survived by her son, Thomas A. Cullen and daughter-in-law, Rebecca Turner Cullen, of Niskayuna, New York, and her son, Kevin Cullen and his wife, Lydia Cullen, of Hicksville, New York; her grandchildren, Krystina Cullen, Matthew Cullen, Tyler Cullen, Harrison Cullen, Chloe Cullen, step-grandchildren, Samantha Desourdy and Jacob Beebe, step-great grandchild, Summer Desourdy, and numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Tom and Rebecca Cullen wish to extend their heart-felt thanks to the wonderful women who loved and cared for mom over the last couple of years of her life spent in Niskayuna, New York: Kelly Concepcion, Mary O’Brien, Diane Chan, Eileen St. Pierre, Nitsa Roman, Kathryn Nowosielski and Cara Nowosielski, and to the beautiful ladies of Takecare during mom's time in Florida: Lakeshia Lovell and Salina Waters. You all helped to make mom’s last moments on earth happy and comfortable ones – you are truly God’s angels.
