Sara Ann April

Sara Ann April (Max LaMontagne), 55, passed away on Friday May 17, 2024 after a brief illness. Sara lived her entire life in Schenectady, NY and was friends with many. In recent years, she and her best friend, Rosie, were well known in the community, often seen walking, riding their scooter, having coffee at Stewarts, and shopping at garage and lawn sales. Sara was an avid  WWE fan and an obsessive collector of action figures and toy cars.

Sara is survived by her brother John (Brenda) LaMontagne who resides in North Carolina and will lay in rest next to her mom and grandmother in Memory Gardens. Special thanks to the very special team at Care Design, NY and her many advocates.

A service for friends and family to remember Sara will be held at the Bond Funeral Home on Friday June 7, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. All are invited to a graveside service at Memory Gardens immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers we ask that  contributions be made to a charity of your choice in Sara's memory.
