Sandra J Horn

Sandra J. Horn, 65, of Schenectady died suddenly at Ellis Hospital on Thursday April 10, 2008. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of John and Mary (Orsini) Bearzi. She attended Linton High School. Sandra was employed for 23 years in Housekeeping for St. Clares Hospital in Schenctady. She supported Animal Rescue and was a member of the North Shore Animal Rescue and volunteered at the Animal Protective Foundation of Schenectady. Sandra was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW 357. She loved Bingo and Casinos. Sandra was a compassionate and giving person and always had a sense of humor. She also had a great tenacity for overcoming the medical issues in her life. Sandra is survived by her husband John R. Horn whom she married September 24, 1977, one daughter Robin Viscusi of Schenectady, one step daughter Tina Lampron ( Jim) of Gansevoort, one sister Jeanette Bearzi of Rotterdam, one brother in law Donald Horn ( Cindy) of Mechanicville, one sister in law Margaret Brior of Mechanicville, also survived by 3 step grandchildren- Tyler, Nicholas and Mason. Funeral services will be Monday 10AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling Hours will be Sunday evening 6-8PM at the funeral home. Internment will be in St. Cyril and Method Cemetery in Rotterdam.
