Ruth A Wallace

Ruth A. Wallace, 89, formerly of Vinewood Avenue in Rotterdam died Wednesday June 21, 2006 at Schuyler Ridge in Clifton Park after a long illness. Ruth was born in Schenectady and was the daughter of the late Bernam and Ruth (Larouche) Armstrong. She was employed for 10 years for the Schenectady Federal Savings Bank here in Schenectady. Ruth was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Schenectady. She is predeceased by her husband Allister Wallace and one son Robert Wallace. Ruth is survived by 4 Daughters Ruth Ann Gorko of Albuquerque, NM, Nancy Dinkel of Burlington, VT. Joan Abrahamson of Ballston Lake and Joyce Sanford of Woodinville, Wash., also survived by 16 Grandchildren , 6 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will begin Monday 12:30PM at Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady followed by a Service at 1PM at First Presbyterian Church 115 Union Street Schenectady. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. A Calling will be held Monday morning 11:00AM-12:30PM at the funeral home. Internment will be in Viewland Cemetery in Rotterdam.
