Roy Gilch

Roy A. Gilch,92 passed away on Saturday April 2nd at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY

Born and educated in Schenectady, Roy was the son of the late John and Hazel (Neverman) Gilch.

A graduate of the General Electric Apprentice Program, Roy worked for over 40 years for the General Electric Company and was a member of the Quarter Century Club.

Beside his parents, Roy was predeceased by his brother Harold Gilch and his canine companions THE BOYS.

He is survived by his cousins, Joan Dudley (Late Herbert), David Dudley, Robert Neverman and Harold (Lise) Wysock.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday April 12th at Schenectady Memorial Park in Rotterdam, NY.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Roy’s memory to the Animal Protective Foundation of Schenectady, 53 Maple Avenue, Scotia, NY 12302
