Rose M (Dingo) Parks

Rose M. Parks,100, passed away late Friday evening September 28th at home in Glenville. Born in Schenectady, Rose educated in Amsterdam and was the daughter of the late Paul and Elizabeth Dingo. An employee of the former Kem Cleaners, Rose was also had worked for the General Electric Company. A member of the Schenectady Eagles Club, Rose was a award winning baker and loved to take bus trips. She was an avid reader, accomplished seamstress and enjoyed cross stitching, gardening, crossword puzzles and all cats. Rose is survived by her daughters; Kathleen LaFreniere and Sally Ann Demarest both of Schenectady, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held private at the convenience of her family. Interment will be in Schenectady Memorial Park.
