Robert Heinzl, Jr. (62) was born on November 23, 1954 to Robert Heinzl & Anita (Tiedemann) Heinzl of Schenectady, NY. They soon moved to Howes Cave, NY and then settled in Middleburgh, NY, where Bobby grew up with his four siblings and step-father, Bob Schell. Since both of his fathers were bigger Bobs, he became known as Little Bobby, but he was the oldest of his siblings. He experienced their coming into his world. First, his brother Steven Heinzl(d), then his first sister, Kathaleen Heinzl and second sister Anita Schell (VanAller), and finally at age 14, his baby brother Richard Schell. Bobby was a helpful young man and could often be found taking care of his brothers and sisters. He graduated from Middleburgh Central School in 1972 and bought a convertible. He then went to work at Schenectady Chemical in Rotterdam Junction, NY. After a few years of single life, he married his first wife Gail Jones and provided well for his family, including is two step-children, Jennifer and Peter. They had residences on Craigie Ave, Scotia, NY, on Rynex Corners Rd in Pattersonville, NY and finally on Sumner Ave in Schenectady NY. By that time his step-children were grown and life went on. He found himself living in Cocoa Beach, FL near his father and with his second wife Chrissy. He worked for many years for the Dept of Public Works, Melbourne, FL., where he became a Maintenance Supervisor. He excelled in all his technical training. In retirement and with the passing of his father and wife in Florida, he and his beloved dog Orph were helped to return to the Schenectady area, by his sister Kath. His bird Iso was a great companion to him. He had a huge heart and would help anyone in need. But, time and unexpected events overtook all. It is our hope that he rest in his loving God's memory, awaiting a resurrection to peace and health. Bobby was a private and humble man and requested a simple, private burial. It is requested that he be remembered with a donation to the Animal Protective Foundation
