Richard Bodek

Richard Bodek, of Scotia, passed away suddenly May 2, 2009. He is survived by his son, Ken Bodek of Burlington ,VT, daughter Alison Bodek of Seattle ,WA, sister Elaine (Paul)Pytel, nieces Katie (John)Haney and Lisa (Mark) Adams, nephew Jim (Dayl) Pytel, great niece Hailey Pytel and great nephew Nathan Adams. Richard graduate from Clarkson University in 1972 and worked at General Electric as a systems engineer from 1972 to present, He was an avid fisherman, epicurean and brewmaster. Funeral services will be held at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott, NY on Wednesday May 6, 2009 at 9 am and a funeral mass will be offered at 10 am at St Casmir's Church, 21 N. McKinley Ave., Endicott. Burial will be in St Stanislaus Koska Cemetery, Binghamton. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening May 7th from 5 to 7 pm at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY.
