Ralph Bennett

Ralph E. Bennett, 50, of Knox passed away on Thursday March 23, 2023 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany after fiercely and courageously battling cancer. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Lee and Marion (Bove) Bennett Sr.

He was employed as a corrections officer for New York State until his retirement.

Ralph’s pride and joy were the two most important women in his life, his wife, Tricia and his daughter, Mollie. Always affectionately known as his girls.

Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his brother in laws Danny Teetsel and Dwight Teetsel and his sister-in-law Rebecca Teetsel.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tricia Teetsel Bennett, his loving daughter Mollie Bennett, his brothers Lee Bennett Jr. (Trista) of Troy, James Bennett (Whitney) of North Carolina and his sister Tammy Carter (Domaine) of North Carolina as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Ralph’s Life will be on Thursday March 30, 2023 at 7PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Visitation will be from 5-7PM prior to the service.
