Pierina Mary Bond

Pierina Mary Bond, 90, of Guilderland passed away Friday February 7, 2014 at the Capital Living and Rehabilitation Center in Schenectady. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Franchesca Gabriele. Pierina was employed as a secretary for the Allstate Insurance Company. She attended Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Rotterdam. Pierina is predeceased by her husbands Donald Kniskern and John Bond as well as a brother Vincent Gabriele and a sister Maude Hall. She is survived by her daughter Carol Mohrhoff (Gary) of Guilderland, three sisters Yolanda Gizzi, Elena Domanico and Gloria Massaroni all of Schenectady, 2 Grandchildren Michael Mohrhoff ( Kathy) and Beth Aceto (Tom) as well as several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Wednesday 1PM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relative and friends are invited to attend. There will be no calling hours by request. Internment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Niskayuna. Contributions can be made in Pierina's memory to Community Hospice 1411 Union Street Schenectady, NY 12308.
