Pauline Winfield

Pauline H. Winfield, 87, of Rotterdam died at home on Sunday June 15, 2008. Born in Norton Hill, NY, she was the daughter of Hobart and Estella (Darby) Knowles. Pauline was a graduate of Granville High School. She was employed for 25 years as a Postal Clerk at the Altamont Post Office. Pauline was a member of the former Calvary Baptist Church in Schenectady and was now a member of First Baptist Church of Scotia. She is predeceased by her husband Chancellor Winfield whom she married November 23, 1939 as well as 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters. Pauline is survived by one brother William Knowles of Sidney, NY as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Thursday 11AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. A Calling Hour will be Thursday 10-11AM at the funeral home. Internment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park in Colonie.
