Noyes, Pamela, East Greenbush.
Pam Noyes, 69, of East Greenbush passed away peacefully at Cobleskill Regional Hospital on December 9, 2025 after a courageous medical course.
Pam was born in Troy, the daughter of Kenneth and Delores Boom. She lived a happy childhood in Valley Falls, NY and went on to graduate from Hoosic Valley Central School in 1974. Pam married her high school sweetheart and husband of 30 years, Kurt Noyes, on April 14, 1977; Pam and Kurt were blessed with their son, Christopher Noyes and daughter, Stephanie (Thomas) Cashdollar.
Pam began her employment with the U.S. Department of Transportation February 1975. She started her career as a unit secretary and worked arduously to retire as the Division Administrator for the state of Rhode Island in December 2011. Pam was known for her strong work ethic, endless knowledge and commitment to pursuing safety during her years of service.
Pam was most known for her giving nature and her dedication to family. She was a tremendous mother, always putting the needs of her children first. Pam was blessed with five beautiful grandchildren (Jacob, Gabrielle and Sophia Noyes and Evan and Claire Cashdollar) who were her greatest joy. She treasured her grandbabies and made sure they felt loved and cherished every moment they spent together.
Pam was a devoted sister to Sue Wilbur, Sandra (Steve) Stortecky and Jeffrey Cukrovany. She leaves behind many loved nieces and nephews as well.
A memorial in her honor will be held at the Valley Falls United Methodist Church on December 18, 2025 at 1pm. Pam will have a private, family burial at another date. In lieu of flowers, Pam has asked for donations to be made to the Valley Falls United Methodist Church. A special, and heartfelt, thank you to the clinicians and staff at Cobleskill Regional Hospital for all their care.
