A beloved daughter, sister, aunt and great-aunt, Pam A. Wrzesinski passed away on December 4, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. She was an active member of St. Joseph's Church in Schenectady serving as Eucharistic Minister and Lector. Pam was also an avid and accomplished quilter and was a member of quilting guilds. Pam was employed at St. Peters Health Care Partners in Human Resources. The family would like to thank all who provided care for Pam especially Dr. Rufus Collea and Dr.Duncan Savage. She is survived by sisters Dian Wrzesinski (Robert H. Champion Jr.) of Sebastian, Fl., Marcia Hoogkamp ( Richard Hoogkamp) of Syracuse, NY, one sister in law Carol Wrzesinski of Norwich, NY, nieces and nephews Richard Hoogkamp(Marisa) of Plattsburgh, NY, Stephen Wrzesinski (Tamara) of Slingerlands, NY, Stacy Kinch (William) of Massena, NY, Laura Purificato ( Stephen) of Troy, NY, Eric Champion ( Kellie) and Nicole Champion, grand nieces and nephews Aidan and Chane Hoogkamp, Chana and Aaron Wrzesinski, Brittany and Alexander Boyden and John Purificato. Pam is predeceased by her parents Stephen and Helen (Rykowski) Wrzesinski and her brother Walter Wrzesinski. Funeral Services will be Monday 8:15am at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady followed by a Mass at 9am at St. Joseph's Church State Street Schenectady. Calling Hours will be Sunday evening 4-6pm at the funeral home. Internment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
