Muriel Cole

Muriel F. Cole 55 of Echo Drive died Thursday January 20, 2005 at Ellis Hospital after a short illness. Born in Niskayuna, she was the daughter of the late Marshall and Esther (Stead) Furbeck and a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School.. A Homemaker, Muriel was a former bookkeeper for Superior Office Products in Schenectady and a member of the Jehovah Witnesses. She is survived by her husband James L. Cole Jr. of Schenectady, two sons; Brandon J. McGovern of Wallkill, NY and Keith P. McGovern of Schenectady, two step-sons; James L. Cole III of Schenectady and Tyler L. Cole of Duanesburg, a brother; Bruce Furbeck of Schenectady and two grandchildren; Lucas Filardi and Kassia McGovern and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon January 29,2005 at 2 pm at Kingdom Hall, Elbert and Albany Streets, Schenectady, NY which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Internment in Schenectady Memorial Park in Rotterdam ,NY. Contributions may be made in Muriel's memory to Jehovah Witnesses, 25 Columbia Heights, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
