Mrs Lillian Slack

Lillian C. Slack, 78, of Schenectady, died on Thursday, August 20 2008 at Ellis Hospital.Born in Englewood, NJ on November 26, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and May(Farrell) Schwarz. Lillian was a homemaker.She was predeceased by her husband Robert Slack, who died on September 26, 1991, and her brother George Schwarz.She was a long time parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church, and an very active member of the Rosary Society.She is survived by her three children Kenneth L. Slack( Nancy Scarselletta)of Niskayuna, Robert A Slack(Debra) of Tolland, Conn. and Christine M. Tenore(Victor) of Wilton, Conn.She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 5 to 7 pm.Funeral services will be held on Monday morning on August 25, at 9:15 a.m. at the Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at Immaculate Conception Church , 520 Hegaman Street, Schenectady.Interment will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery on Kings Road Schenectady.Contributions may be made in Lillian memory to the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons Street, P.O.
