Mrs Gladys Lala Thibault

Gladys "LaLa" Thibault 79 of Schenectady died Tuesday afternoon June 21, 2011 at Littleton Hospital in Littleton, CO. Born in Scranton, PA, Gladys was the daughter of the late Stanislas and Mary (Andrewkevitz) Wujec. A homemaker, Gladys was a member of the Church of St. Adalbert, loved traveling and was a devoted Nana. She was predeceased in 1996 by her beloved husband Lawrence J. Thibault. Survivors include he son ,Richard L Thibault and wife Gina of San Jose, CA, grandchildren, Ryan and Cory Thibault, brothers, Bill Witts (Helen) of Schenectady and Gene Witts of Cleveland, OH, sisters, Eleanor McClaine of Schenectady and Florence Conway of Littleton, CO as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning June 30, 2011 at 8:15am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady followed at 9 am at the Church of St Adalbert, 550 Lansing St., Schenectady, NY12303 where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm. Interment in St Adalbert Cemetery. Contributions in Gladys memory may be made to the Church of St Adalbert Restoration Fund.
