Mrs Albina D Yanis

Albina D. Yanis 87 died Saturday December 4, 2010 at Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, NC. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Elizabeth Parskocim. A homemaker, Albina was a member of the former Holy Cross Church and the church choir. In 1992 she was predeceased by her husband Waclow Yanis. Albina is survived by her sons, Walter Yanis of Schenectady and Albert Yanis (Phoebe)of Warrenton, NC, siblings, Daniel Parks (Renee) of Santa Barbara, CA, Elizabeth Murray of St Maries, ID, Anna (Ida) Cruickshank of Denton, MD, Leona Homic (Raymond) of Scotia and Marjorie Della Villa of Fair Oaks, CA, grandchildren Michael, Eric and Heather Yanis and great grandson, Christopher and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning December 11, 2010 at 10 am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm and Saturday morning from 9 to 10 am prior to the service. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
