Mildred Turek

Mildred A. Turek 91 formerly of Van Antwerp Village, Niskayuna passed away on Sunday February 6, 2005 at Kingsway Arms Nursing Home. Born on March 17, 1913 in the Village of Fullers in Albany County and was the daughter of the late Victor and Mary Gabso. Mrs. Turek lived in California for many years and worked for the McCulloch Corporation before returning to his area after the death of her husband Anthony whom she married on August 6, 1933 in Charlton, NY. Mildred was a member of the Siloam Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star in Los Angeles. She was of the protestant Faith. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. There will be no viewing hours. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Internment will be in Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood California.
