Mildred L. (Fennell) Barth 88 of Scotia died Wednesday evening March 16, 2005 at Ellis Hospital after a short illness. Born in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Lily Fennel and the sister of the late Dorothy Bouck. Mildred was a cook for many years for Scotia Glenville Schools before retiring in the late 1960's. She was a member of and Past District Deputy of George Hope Chapter #271 Order of the Eastern Star and Past District Deputy of Acacia Court Order of the Amaranth, a member of Royalty Club of the Capital District, Honorary member of Beukendaal Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, Scotia Glenville Senior Citizens, Scotia United Methodist Church, former member of WBCCI Air Stream International and a former volunteer at Proctors Theater. Mildred is survived by her husband of 70 years Harold E. Barth who she married on October 6 of 1934, two children; Clyde Barth and wife Jean of Ballston Lake and Patricia Whitley and husband Paul of Rotterdam, two sisters; Helen Marshall of Rotterdam and Jennie Bunn of Edinburg, NY, four grandchildren; Brian Whitley and wife Karie of Rexford, Amy Wright and husband Andrew of Berne , Brenda Cirincione and husband Anthony of Buffalo and Daniel Barth and wife Beth of Gloversville and 3 great grandchildren; Abagail and Nicholas Cirincione and Alexis Marie Wright and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon March 21, 200 at 12 noon at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. Internment in Schenectady Memorial Park. Contribution may be made in Mildred's memory to the Shriner's Crippled Children's Hospital, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104
