Michael Califano

Michael Califano 87 of Schenectady died Wednesday afternoon January 3, 2007 at St Clares Hospital after a long illness. Born in Schenectady, Michael was the son of the late John and Antoinette Califano. An Army veteran of World War II he served in European theater. Michael was a machinist and tool maker at the General Electric and late Campbell Plastics before his retirement. He was also a member of the Woodlawn Sportsman Club. Survivors include his brother, Dominick Califano and his wife Josephine of Schenectady and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon January 5, 2007 at 2 pm at the Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY. Interment in St. Josephs Cemetery, Schenectady, NY.
