Melinda Cone

Melinda Cone, 20, of Rotterdam died Sunday May 17, 2009 at Ellis Hospital. She was born in Troy, NY and attended the Langan School. Melinda was the little girl who could never talk but could respond with a smile. She was deeply loved and will be missed. Melinda is survived by her mother Veronica (Thornton) Cone of Rotterdam, one brother Scott Cone Jr. of Rotterdam, one sister Mackenzie Triolo of Rotterdam, one half sister Marie Grace Cone, her Grandparents Helen Thornton of Rotterdam and John Thornton of Watervliet, her great Grandmother Helen Sitterley of Rennselaer, a special Aunt Renee Springer of Malta as well as other Aunts and Uncles. The family would also like to recognize the special people who were there for Melinda; they are Pat Burns, Karin Graff and her special cousins Chris and Nicki Springer. Funeral Services will be Thursday May 21, 2009 at 2PM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Calling Hours will be 12-2PM Thursday at the funeral home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
