Maureen E Fitzsimmons

Maureen E. Fitzsimmons 67 of Ballston Spa died Sunday morning January 28th at Saratoga Hospital. Born in Schenectady, NY, she was the daughter of the late Bertram and Mary (Kelly) Johnson. Maureen worked for several years as a private duty nurse aid. She was a former member of the Bellevue Reformed Church and a Red Cross volunteer. Maureen Attended the Schuyler Ridge Daycare. She is survived by a brother James C. Johnson and wife Mary L. of Schenectady and two sisters, Judith DeSantis and husband Richard and Margaret Hurd and husband Walter both of Schenectady and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 5 pm at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, A calling hour will precede the service from 4 to 5 pm. Interment in Schenectady Memorial Park.
