Mary L Taber

Mary L. Taber 88 of Rotterdam died at home on Sunday evening November 25, 2007 after a short illness. Born in Rotterdam, Mary was the daughter of the late Norris and Mabel (Swan) Kingsley. An aide for Visiting Nurse's for over 10 years, Mary was a Volunteer at Ellis Hospital in the Gift Shop, with Meals on Wheels and SICM. She was also a member of Princetown Evangelical Presbyterian Church, the Fisher and Hilltop Home Bureau, the Princetown Senior Citizens and the Rebekah Lodge. Mary was predeceased in 1982 by her husband Clifford Taber and was also predeceased by a son Frederick Taber and a daughter Beverly Stevens. Survivors include her daughter Elaine Erckman and husband John of Burnt Hills, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday November 29th at 12 noon at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home from 10 to 12 noon prior to the funeral service. Interment in Schenectady Memorial Park.
