Mary C Morrett (Morrett)

Mary C. Morrett, 94, passed away Monday afternoon October 16th at Schenectady Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Schenectady. Born and educated in Schenectady, Mary was the daughter of the late Dominic and Rose (Pidgeon) Morrett. An employee of the General Electric Company for over 20 years, Mary was a Past President of the Rotterdam Eagles and a member of the former Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Rotterdam. Mary is survived by her nephews; John Morrett of Rotterdam and Donald Morrett of Schenectady, nieces; Judy Dillenbeck (David) of Port Richie, Fl., Joan Morrett of Hobart, MY and Emily Smith (Robert) of Schenectady, her many great nieces and great nephews and her two best friends:Nancy and Linda. Services will be Private. Mary's family would like to thank Steven Johnson for all his care,compassion and kindness that he has shown to Aunt Mary over the years. We would also like to thank the devoted Nursing Staff at the Schenectady Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing for the excellent care that they have provided.
