Mary C Jacobs

Mary C. Jacobs 53 died Friday morning December 30, 2005 at home after a long illness. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late James and Gertrude (Scrafford) Hyatt, A graduate of Linton High School and Central City Business Institute in Syracuse, Mary work as a tax preparer for Jackson Hewitt in Schenectady. She was a talented crafter who enjoyed needlepoint and crochet. Survivors include her husband Michael J. Jacobs who she married May 11, 1974, four children, Honora Tucker and husband Ken , Michelle Martin and husband Stephen, Michael Jacobs and Elyse Jacobs all of Schenectady, a sister Amy Stott and husband James of Argyle and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Tuesday afternoon January 3, 2006 at 1 pm at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY Interment in Memory's Garden. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to the American Diabetes's Association, 7 Washington Square, Albany, NY 12205 or to Community Hospice, 1411 Union Street, Schenectady, NY 12308 or to Visiting Nurses Association, 108 Erie Blvd, Schenectady, NY 12305.
