Martha Joseph

Martha Joseph, 63, of Schenectady passed away peacefully on Friday December 8, 2023 at Ellis Hospital. Born in Guyana, she was the daughter of Arnold and Eloise (James) Langevine.

She was employed for many years as a Patient Care Technician in New York City at Mary Immaculate and St. Joseph’s Hospitals.

Martha was a member of the Kingdon Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Schenectady.

She was passionate about gardening, nature, vibrant colors and enjoyed watching with her husband Westerns on TV.

Martha was a loving, simple, peaceful person who was truly everybody’s mother.

She is survived by her husband Randolph Joseph, her three children Malisa Joseph, Allyssa Joseph and Malik Joseph, her brother William Langevine, her sister Ruth Langevine as well as six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and close cousins.

A Celebration of Martha’s life will be Monday at 5pm at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. A Visitation will be held from 4-5PM prior.
