Marjorie L. Mangrum

Marjorie L. Mangrum, 89, of Rotterdam passed away at Albany Medical Center on Sunday January 11, 2026. Born in Rotterdam, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Gladys (Bradt) Chrysler.

She was a graduate of Draper High School. Marjorie was a homemaker.

She is predeceased by her loving husband Jack R. Mangrum.

Marjorie was passionate about bowling and was a member of the Town and Country Girls. Marjorie also enjoyed crafts, bingo, and baking Christmas cookies.

Marjorie is survived by her children Nancy M. Myers (Eric), Lori A. Tourtellot (Paul) and Kevin A. Mangrum (Terry) as well as 5 grandchildren, one being the “golden child”, Nicole Regels and 11 great grandchildren.

In addition we want to give a special thanks to the most wonderful neighbors who treated Marjorie like family, Mark and Teresa D’Alessandro.

A Celebration of Marjorie’s life will be on Saturday January 17, 2025 at 12 noon at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. A Visitation will be from 11-12 prior to the service.

Spring interment in Viewland Cemetery in Rotterdam.

In lieu of flower, contributions can be made in her memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
