Maritza Gonzalez, 49 passed away on Sunday September 12th at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY.
Born and educated in the Bronx, Maritza was the daughter of Evelyn Almodovar and the late Samuel Gonzalez.
Beside her mother Evelyn, Maritza is survived by her beloved sister and and brother Milagros Gonzalez and Albert Cortijo, sister-in-law Virginia Cortijo, nieces Mia, Ava, Briana and Gabrielle and great nephew Anakin.
All services for Maritza will be held privately.
