Marion M Howe

Marion M. Howe, 93, of Rotterdam died Tuesday September 16, 2008 at Baptist Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Scotia. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late James and Eva (Bond) Snare. Marion was a graduate of Draper High School. She was employed for 38 years as a Secretary for the General Electric Company in Schenectady. Marion was a member of the Bellevue Reformed Church in Schenectady. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph R. Howe whom she married June 29, 1940, one brother James Snare, one sister Connie Snyder and one Grandchild Sherry Amber Howe. Marion is survived by two sons- Gary W. Howe (Jo) of Rotterdam Junction and Danny E. Howe ( Carmen) of Glens Falls, one sister Shirley Maura ( Ed) of Florida and one sister in law Doris Snare of Florida, also survived by 4 Grandchildren- Julie Kulman ( Keith), Kristin Salisbury ( David), Danielle Kroll ( Calvin) and Gregory Howe as well as 6 Great Grandchildren- Shawn Sells, Desiree Sells, Joseph Salisbury, Catherine Salisbury, Emily Kulman, Olivia Kulman and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Monday 11AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A Calling Hour will be Monday 10-11AM at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Memory's Garden in Colonie.
