Marie A Therriault (Vandenburg)

Marie A. Therriault, 97, formerly of Rotterdam passed away on Friday February 19th at Wesley Health Care Center in Saratoga, NY.

Born and educated in Schenectady, Marie was the daughter of the late Rodman and Emma (Mathias) VanDenburg and a graduate of Draper High School.

A former Keypunch Operator for New York State Department of Tax and Finance in Albany, Marie retired in 1988. A former member and volunteer at the Fisher united Methodist Church, Marie enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with her family.

Predeceased in 2017 by her beloved husband of 73 years Thomas J. Therriault, Marie was also predeceased by her grandson Scott, great grandson Billy and her sister Ruth McDonald.

Marie is survived by her children Janine M. Mone (Tony) of Wilton and Thomas A. Therriault (Sharon) of Plymouth, MA, grandchildren Bryan Therriault, Rebecca McCarthy (Brendon), Julie Jones (Dave) and Dean Babin (Elisa) and her great grandchildren Alexandria, Ella, Justin, Cal, Grant, Nate Nora and Graham.

All services are private at the convenience of her family.

Interment in Prospect Hill in Guilderland, NY

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to a charity of choice
