Marie Senecal

Marie P. Senecal 98 of N. Ballston Avenue and formerly of Rotterdam died on Thursday evening October 26, 2006 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Born and educated in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Carmella (Cioffi) Picozzi. Marie worked for New York State in the Department of General Services for over 10 years and was a former member of Immaculate Conception Church. Marie is survived by her children; Raymond M. Senecal (Leslie) of Scotia and Emma S. Cook (Michael) of Rotterdam, two brothers Eugene Picozzi of Albany and Trent Picozzi of Schenectady, five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by three brother; Martin, Alexander and Orlando Picozzi and two sisters, Michaelina LeVielle and Nancy Smith. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning October 31, 2006 at 11am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6 to 8 pm. Interment will be in St John the Baptist Cemetery, Schenectady.
