Marie H Baldwin (Bartczak)

Marie H. Baldwin passed early Wednesday morning August 9, 2017 at Capital Living Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Schenectady. Born in Zdnuy, Poland, she was the daughter of the late Walenty and Jozefa (Marcinkowska) Bartczak A homemaker, Marie graduated from School in France with honors. She was a naturalized citizen who loved cooking, sewing, crochet and knitting.The family hairdresser, Marie also loved working in her flower garden. Predeceased in 1988 by her husband of 43 years Frank A. Baldwin who she married on November 26 ,1945. Marie was also predeceased by her sisters and brother-in-law's, Louise Prylecki (Marion), Therese Mockel (John) and Jeanine Van Duyse (Pierre). Marie is survived by her beloved children; Bernard A. Baldwin (Sandra) of Rio Rancho, NM, Bruce R. Baldwin (Dori) of Schenectady, Allan J. Baldwin (Sheri) of Rotterdam and Marie H. Baldwin of Rotterdam, her brother; Bernard Bartczak of Paris, France, brother-in-law; Louis Morrette of Rotterdam, 15 grandchildren,24 great grandchildren 3 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews here and in France. Funeral service will be held on Saturday morning August 12th at 9:30 am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave., Schenectady, NY. A visitation will be held on Friday evening August 11th from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
