Margaret Gerding

Margaret Gerding, of Rotterdam, formerly of Cape Cod, MA died Monday December 20, 2010. Born in Waterbury, CT, Margaret was the daughter of the late John and Ellen Reardon. In her earlier years Margaret was a nun at Graymoor, later in life she spent her days as a homemaker. Margaret was predeceased by her husband John F. Gerding in 2006. She is survived by her step daughters Nancy Bedard of Schenectady and Judi Martone of Porter's Corners. She is also survived by her grand children, great grandchildren and a niece and nephew. Funeral services will be private for family in the spring. Donations can be made in Margaret's name to Community Hospice, 1411 Union St. Schenectady, NY 12308.
