Lynne Male

Lynne Male 79, passed away on Sunday December 11th at her home surrounded by her family.

Born and educated in Schenectady, Lynne was the daughter of the late Stanley and Lorraine (Curren) Hanson.

A homemaker, Lynne had previously worked for the General Electric Company for a short period of time.
A big fan of Elton John, Lynne owned and operated Starfire Kennel where she raised, showed, and breed Siberian Huskies. She had over 9 champions and was featured on the cover of Huskies Quarterly. Lynne also enjoyed shopping and decorating.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, William L Male, children, Amy and Mike Ranucci, Melissa Smith, Sara Male and Craig Favreau, and step son William Smith {Michelle}, twin sisters Diane and Donna and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews

A visitation will be held on Thursday December 15th at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY from 11 to 12 noon, a service will follow at 12 noon at the funeral home.

Interment in Schenectady Memorial Park.
