Lynn Dashnaw

Lynn Dashnaw, 63, of Schenectady died at Ellis Hospital on Friday October 10, 2008 after a short illness. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Katherine (Story) Coager. She graduated from Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School and Schenectady County Community College. Lynn was employed for 30 years for the Pension and Payroll Department for the General Electric Company in Schenectady. She loved reading, knitting and camping. Lynn is a member of the GE Quarter Century Club. She is survived by her husband Kenneth D. Dashnaw whom she married August 18, 1985, one brother Gary Coager (Patricia) of Colonie, one sister Dale Mertens of Averil Park as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Wednesday 11AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. Calling Hours will be Tuesday evening 6-8PM at the funeral home. Internment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park in Colonie.
