Lucy M Madore (Raymond)

Lucy M. (Raymond) Madore, 82, passed away early Sunday morning June 21st at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY

Born in Fort Kent, Maine, Lucy was the daughter of the late Onezime and Lillian (Pelletier) Raymond. Reunited with her beloved husband, Clifford who passed away in 2016, Lucy also joins her children Daniel and Sandra, brothers Camille Raymond, Armand Raymond and Lawrence Raymond, sisters, Marie Roy, Glentine Cyr, Eva Cyr, Jeannette Carroll, Yvonne Clairwood, Simone Angelo, Trudy Boissonault and Theresa Kurasinski. They are all in the arms of the lord.

Lucy’s family was her passion, she loved nothing better than spending time with each and every one individually or all at once. She was a fiercely proud grandmother and great grandmother, always keeping in touch and happy to share stories with others of how large and wonderful her family was.

Lucy is survived by her children, Nancy Verity (late Leon), Rena Powell (Bob), Kenneth Madore(Diane), Ruth Martino(Guy), John Madore(Bridgette), Ronald Madore and Steven Madore as well as her grandchildren, Timothy Verity(Becky), Michelle Denney(Don), Sandra Stanton (Sheldon), Bobbie Jean Powell-Kelly(Evan), Amber Powell (Scott Luzinas), Rachel Martino, Amanda Madore, Christina Madore and Caitlin Madore. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Logan, Mackenzie and Reilly Verity, Donald and Shelby Denney, Syman Stanton, and Garrett Coon.

Services for Lucy will be private at the convenience of her family.

Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Rensselaer, NY
