Louise E. Chaplin

REXFORD -- Louise Estelle Chaplin, age 88, of Rexford, NY, passed away on August

5, 2026.

She was born on October 7, 1937 in Sacramento, CA to William and Selma Makiney.

She graduated from McClatchy H.S. and worked as a model and beautician for Luzern

Cosmetics.

On May 7, 1959 , she married Major Richard Clinton Chaplin. Together, they built a life

together in the Air Force, retiring after 20+ years in service.

She loved animals of all kinds and was known for her musical, painting and drawing

talents as well as being a Reiki Master and a kind spirit.

She is survived by her children Suzanne K Koch (husband James) and Monica L

Chaplin (husband Edward W Morrison II), and her grandchild Joely Chaplin Morrison.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard (60) and daughter Karen Renee
