Lola Ryder

Lola Ryder, 90, of Rotterdam passed away Tuesday May 1, 2012 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland. Born in Richmondville, she was the daughter of the late Winnie and Adella (Patrick) Utter. She was employed for many years as a Clerk for W.T. Grant Department Store .Lola enjoyed sewing, crafts , fishing and gardening. She is predeceased by her husband Paul J. Ryder whom she married October 21, 1940 and one son Ronald Ryder. Lola is survived by two daughters Cheryl Esposito (Louis) of Princetown and Barbara Becker (Ivan) of Richmondville, one brother Arley Utter of Arkansas, two sisters Alberta Laurent of Windsor, NY and Viva Sperbeck of Warnersville, also survived by 5 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Private at the Convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours by request. Internment will be in Schenectady Memorial Park in Rotterdam. Arrangements are by the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady.
